Each class is well thought out to maximize and push you to your ultimate fitness level, from spin to strength to full body workouts. The trainers are amazing and are always there to answer your questions and bring you to your full potential.

(July 18, 2021, 3:21 pm)I fell in love with spin at this studio, it’s basically a party on a bike, a sweaty, sweaty party! And this is the best place to do it. The staff here are amazing and so very welcoming, the variety of classes are great, and the studio itself is beautiful. I love that the staff go the extra mile to make your experience wonderful, like ice cold peppermint towels at the end of your workout. This is definitely a Trybe you want to be apart of!

(June 25, 2021, 3:35 am)Absolutely stunning facility. Hands down the best spin studio in central Alberta. The lighting, the music, the instructor, the A/C. Was disappointed that they don’t have spin shoes yet, but won’t stop me from coming back. So excited to try out some other classes and see what all the instructors have to offer.
