Greg’s assistance was tremendous, he displayed patience and was thorough in checking everything out to make sure our trailer was in working order. (December 1, 2021, 8:07 am)We recently purchased a 5th wheel at Sylvan lake RV. Our salesman Greg couldn’t have been any better. We were looking for a temporary home while waiting for our permanent home. We live in the states over 500 miles away. Because of the housing market here it was hard to find what we were looking for here in Washington State. I broadened our search and came upon a unit that would fill our needs. It was clean, in good repair and the price was right. Each step of the way Greg helped make our experience smooth. From helping with information on the hitch we needed to how to bring a unit across the border he found our answers. Buying a large purchase from photos was a bit scary but Greg did everything he could to make us feel safe in our decisions. When we arrived to pick up our new home it was clean, warm and ready to go. We were greeted like we were good friends. Much time was spent making sure we knew how everything worked before we drove away. Everyone we met went above and beyond. Truly this experience reminded me of the good in this world. These are people who are honest and trustworthy. People I would call friends.

(September 13, 2021, 1:02 am)After all the stories you read on the net about RV sales, I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received at Sylvan Lake RV.
They took really good care of me in terms of fast email reply and by fixing the issues I was pointing out. They picked me up at the airport. they added a lot of useful small items like towel et sewer hose.
Those were nice touch since I was planning on driving the RV 4,000 Km home.
The camper itself was very clean. Camilla really took the time to show me the RV and let me drive it until I was fully satisfied.
All in all, a very good buying experience. -
