(August 2, 2021, 9:09 pm)Adrian was terrific to deal with. Our hot water tank was leaking when we got home from work. Knowing we needed a new HWT, we called around looking for quotes for a new one. Because it was near closing, most places refused to deal with us. Other were charging $100 just to come look at the problem before they would even give a quote. But when calling this company, Adrian was extremely kind and responsive and was flexible in his time to help us as soon as he realized we had no hot water. Additionally his quote was reasonable, and even gave the specs of the HWT so we could compare.
Upon coming to do the work, Adrian was terrific. He was timely, courteous and professional. He was understanding of our situation, and he did top-notch work, and his clean up after the work was perfect.
In short, if you need a plumbing company, Top Install needs to be your first, second and third call. -

(July 5, 2021, 10:34 pm)Adrian was fantastic! I initially called the big guys for a quick easy job and found it to be $150 just to come and do assessment with no labour included. I figured it may take no more than 20 minutes to properly hook up my new gas BBQ and decided to take my business to Top Install. Am I ever glad I did. He happened to have a slot that same day and got it done quickly, efficiently and personeably. He didn't mind the questions I had and I didn't mind his reasonable pricing model.

He was available within a days notice, arrived on time, COVID responsible, knowledgeable, thorough and price was incredibly reasonable. You need a plumber in St.Albert - this is the place to go. He came 2 days after giving me the quote to perform the install, did everything in a timely manner. Very professional, courteous and very clean as well (no mess left behind). His attention to detail is second to none!
