As someone impacted by the pandemic and growing a new family, they have responded to our concerns. And for that I have some peace of mind. I see some of the reviews and sometimes we have requests that we expect be dealt quickly. For any emergency they have been quick to move.
Here is a tip I do want to share. KDM and all property managers should educate tenants and landlords on their units. To help keep maintenance costs low. If we all are aware then we would not have to pay even higher condo fees and special assessments. -

I have been involved with clients purchasing for 22 years and never ever have I run into a condominium manager who was more prompt!, professional! He answered every question my client asked in a timely manner. He said he would see us through this and he did. I hope KDM realizes the fabulous fellow they have working.
