Her space is well set up, clean and provides lots of variety in equipment. She trains you without judgement and with a focus on overall well being and body health not just results on the scale. I have never felt so comfortable and confident than when I am working out with her. She provides the perfect balance of pushing you to your limits but still supporting you and cheering you through it. If you are looking to take control of your health and want to feel good inside and out I highly recommend giving her a call. You will not regret it :) -

I never thought I could actually enjoy my workouts or look forward to going to the gym, but Candace has personalized my workouts in a way that makes exercise both achievable and enjoyable for me. She has helped me lose and keep off 20+ pounds. Her approach to wellness and fitness creates an encouraging environment not only for physical health, but also for keeping a healthy mindset when approaching fitness and nutrition too. 100% recommend!!
