(July 14, 2022, 2:27 pm)We contacted Shannon at Alquinn homes in early January/2022. We met with Shannon and she asked us what we were looking for in a house . After a discussion Shannon showed us a house that was just being built . IT WAS PERFECT. We did not use a realtor, Shannon and my mortgage broker worked together to get everything in place .
The attention to detail is outstanding. Every time I had to contact Shannon , she got back to me in a timely manner .
I would highly recommend Alquinn homes.
