(January 21, 2019, 3:29 am)Christina and Felix were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Christina helped my wife switch from a Roger account to a Fido account and set up a new phone. She went through all the steps and had the phone ready in no time at all. She also assisted in getting all the savings and accessories for the phone at minimum costs. A few days later, we wanted to change something in the plan and Felix completed with no problem. Both of the are very capable, helpful and pleasant. Thx,
