(January 19, 2021, 12:55 am)I have struggled with weight loss for many years, so I was thrilled when I had the opportunity to sit down with Lorraine to do our first nutritional consult. She had me do a food log for three days...this alone was an eye opener and the first step to me living a healthier lifestyle.
We then sat down and discussed my food log and talked about the proper way to read nutritional labels in depth, focusing on a couple of key concerns.
She was very good at explaining things clearly and helped me set a couple of realistic goals...starting out slowly so I could have better success.
So far the goals have worked great and I am looking forward to continuing our journey together. -

(January 18, 2021, 8:43 pm)I had a coaching session with Circles of Nature which I found very helpful.First of all, I found it very helpful to be able to ask questions about different types of food that I should be eating with my medical condition.
Secondly, I really appreciated the recipes you sent me, I know they are going to be very helpful.
Lastly, I found our session very informative regarding nutritional values, what foods are high in protein, and how to divide my plate at meal time to make sure I'm eating the right amounts of the different food groups.

(January 18, 2021, 8:18 pm)I cannot say enough good things about this place, Lorraine provided me an experience no one has ever been able to before and brought healing and growth to my life that ive never previously experienced. My experience with circles of nature is something i share with all of my friends and family 10/10 would reccomend. If you need to reconnect with yourself through nature and the magic of equine therapy this is the place for you. Most people when they do this work are vague and dont explain things clearly but that is not how it works here. Lorraine always made sure i knew what was going on and exactly what we were doing. This therapy has been 100% more effective then any traditional methods I have tried.
