(October 25, 2021, 5:33 pm)I was driving through Rocky Mountain House when a low pressure tire warning came up on the dash of my 2020 Escape. I stopped at one place for air but didn’t have a looney, and apparently there’s no free air along the way anymore. So I decided to take the chance and stop at the your awesome service department to see if they could help me; and within 10 minutes I was back on the road and the problem was solved! The fine folks topped up the low tire, and checked the other ones! I thanked the guy who did the work and said I didn’t know where else to go as I didn’t have change in my pocket for air and his reply was, well you should come here anyway 😉 it’s so good to know I have such a dependable dealership to help me out! Thank you Service Department
(September 22, 2021, 11:55 pm)Matt Kruger at the Service desk was extremely helpful. He walked me through what parts I needed in order to get an allignment done in the future. He has a great attitude, and is very professional at what he does.
