(November 6, 2021, 11:51 pm)On Saturday, October 30th, my husband and I visited the Trail Appliances Red Deer showroom. We required a specific brand/model for our elderly Dad whose washing machine had passed away. We were met by Jim who is a truly professional associate. We were well informed in a non-pressured environment as we required a day or so to make a decision. When we got home we had a few more questions. We called Jim who returned our call quickly with an answer to our query. On Monday morning I again called Jim who returned my call in a timely manner, as well as making an appointment to order the appliance and set delivery for the following Monday. We were told the installers from Trail Appliance would contact us the following Sunday to confirm a delivery window. As promised, this is exactly what happened, we were given a two hours window which we found pretty reasonable. The next day drivers/installers Mat and Corey called my cell as they arrived at the corner (on time within the two hours window) of our Dad's street, came into the house observing all pandemic protocol and installed the appliance in a quick and efficient manner. To Jim, along with his associate colleague doing the paperwork, and Mat and Corey, thank you for a smooth/amazing sale and delivery process!

(September 29, 2021, 8:53 pm)When I worked for a home builder for many years, we exclusively used Trail Appliances for our clients’ homes and I was always very satisfied with the service they provided to our homeowners.
When it came time to purchase all new appliances for my own home, going to Trail was a no brainer as the selection and pricing are great. Appliances are a big investment, and after purchase service is very important to me – you don’t get that with a big box store. I have had one small service issue and it was addressed very quickly.
Matt, Kim and Dawn have been amazing to deal with through the whole process and I always recommend Trail to anyone who is looking for appliances. -

(September 21, 2021, 12:44 pm)Throughout the last few years we bought a washer and dryer set, dishwasher, stove, fridge microwave set... And recently we bought another dishwasher for our new house, the salesman, Matt, was awesome to deal with and the after sales service was great. We will definitely be back in the future.
The showroom is a good set up, you can look at the products and the sales people will give you the room as needed to make your decision
