(November 23, 2021, 12:40 am)We purchased a 2020 Forest River Class A motorhome from Vellner and they were awesome to deal with. From the sales department, finance, and service, they went over and above to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. They made everything so easy and smooth. Upon pickup, they even suggested we stay in the motorhome overnight in their lot so that we could make sure everything was working properly. The service guy took his time and explained everything to us. Finance made everything seamless and Sales even helped us in selling our truck as we no longer needed it. Thank you to all,of the staff at Vellner, we will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends 👍👍👍

(August 31, 2021, 9:23 pm)They gave us a good deal with a no pressure attitude. Barry is a great salesman,very helpful and nice. Dave gave us a very thorough walk through and took lots of time doing it. Two of the batteries were not working and they replaced them no questions asked. An apology was also given for not catching the problem before before we took it home. If you are looking for an RV do yourself a favour and give Vellner Leisure Products a try.

(June 24, 2021, 10:54 am)At the beginning of May I took my RV for warranty repair. In less then a week it was fixed. However, the awning broke down shortly after receiving the RV. The Service manager at Vellner took over and she was very helpful. Step by step she helped us out and had the RV repaired under warranty. They clearly communicated what was going on with the awning, and how long it will take to fix. The service was phenomenal. My experience was great. Thank you Barry (sales representative), Service manager and Service Technicians. Very Happy Customer.
