Ross Contracting

I found Jeff from a google search and called him for a quote on my massive home Reno based on his amazing reviews, I now understand why his reviews are so incredible.

For 4 months, I had Jeff and his crew in my home full time. From his initial quote, to the final bill, Jeff and his crew were outstanding to work with. Not only was his work absolute top quality, but his crew went above and beyond to make me happy. Jeff and his team were honest and transparent through every step of this journey, even the hidden and unexpected surprises were brought up immediately and taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

I am positively beaming every time I walk through my “new” home. It is so much more than I hoped for, and working with such an incredible contractor was just the icing on the cake.

Not only do I recommend Jeff and his team for any home renovation, I plan on using them for my next home build.

When we started panning our fixer upper project in March of 2020, we happened on Ross Contracting quite by accident! We thought we were meeting with a different Mr. Ross that is local to our community. We all had quite a giggle when we realized we had gotten in touch with the wrong Ross Contracting. Let me say, I thank God often that google led us to this wonderful company!
Within an hour of our initial in home consultation we knew Jeff and his crew were our guys.We came to this decision due to Jeff's extensive knowledge, and obvious work ethic practices.

The Littles

Ross Contracting built our infill house for my family in 2019-2020. They worked with us as our general contractor through out the process, including, design (with a architect), permits, demolition of the old house, foundation, framing, and all the other steps from start to finish. Overall we are very satisfied with the end result. Many of the pictures on Jeff's website and Instagram are from our house project.

The project went very fast for a ground up build, with demolition in August 2019, foundation in September, and occupancy in April 2020. Seasonal work then happened over the the summer of 2020.

Jeff Ross is the principal of Ross Contracting, and he was the constant throughout the process. As a small builder Jeff took personal responsibility for the work (much of what he and crew did themselves), and helped in the selection of the various sub-trades.

As with any build, issues cropped up along the way, and Jeff worked with us to resolve the issues both in the build and billing from sub trades etc.

One year later, Jeff is at our house to sort out the small issues of nail pops and other small issues that cropped up over a nasty winter.

Overall very impressed, and (God forbid) if every build another house, I will be calling Jeff first.

We asked for a quote from Ross Contracting to do a small bathroom upgrade. I was impressed by Jeff's attention to detail while he was reviewing with me the work to be done . I was confident that he had a complete understanding of the work and that there would be no surprise extra costs. He brought up possible contingencies and what they might cost at that initial meeting. We were able to agree on those contingencies at that time. Once given the go-ahead, he started and completed the work without delay. His staff provided quality workmanship and respected our home by leaving it in a tidy manner. I would definitely use the services of Ross Contracting again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and integrity in a contractor.

Jeff and his team just completed the second project we've used Ross Contracting for. The first job was to finish our basement and build a commercial bakery in the spare bedroom. The quality of work and level of professionalism were superlative so we had Jeff recently to build a bathroom.
As experienced the first time, Jeff was attentive and his crew was amazing to work with. Great communication on timeframes and budget items. His crew were polite and diligent in checking in with me on the finer details. After the job was complete I had his crew reach out to me to ensure satisfaction and that everything was operable, and then shortly thereafter Jeff reached out to verify.
I cannot say enough positive things about this company and won't hesitate to call Jeff in the future.
