Very thorough and responsive, as well as clear communication between Jolyn, the mechanic and myself. A great shop, I won't hesitate to use them on future issues!

They also provided me a detailed inspection report via email, which I wasn't expecting but was a nice touch. I would recommend them to friends.

Jolyn was very courteous and pleasant on the phone. In fact, she organized to get my vehicle from another shop in town. Totally a huge help for me for me as I live out of town.
The pricing is fair, the repairs were done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The experience was above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 -

The report card on the vehicle is an added bonus! Helps the planning process!
Rob and Jolynn are amazing!! She has the knowledge of what you are talking about and that makes the process even easier!!

(April 26, 2021, 12:14 am)Been going and seeing Rob and his team for as long as they have been open. Never have they tried to sell me something that I didn't need like other places might. Always greeted with a smile. Estimates have always been very close to the final price of my bill. My last visit in was scheduled for a Friday of a long weekend and expected to be -40 weather. I stopped in unexpectedly on Thursday so they would have time to order parts if needed, they looked at my car, diagnosed it and sent me on my way. Came back the next day and they fixed my vehicle within the time frame that they mentioned. My car is now running amazing!
As a young woman it means the world to me to be able to go into a shop with little car knowledge and not get the runaround. Rob has never done anything to my vehicle without asking me first. He also mentions how soon things should be done based on severity.
I have also phoned them when buying a new vehicle to see what possible mechanical failures typically arise in said vehicle.
Will forever recommend them to anyone I know!
