Explained everything thoroughly to us and even took the time to call back days later to check the progress of the treatment. Great company. Definitely recommend!

He provided a full run down of how they are different from the others. He was very professional but not pushy. He knew we were in a hurry to get our carpets cleaned so he fit us into his busy schedule. I was home (with my dog) when he did our carpets. He was personable, very professional, and courteous. My carpets looked amazing and were dry within a few hours. Would 100% recommend them and will use only Mountain Fresh Chem Dry going forward.
