Before F45 opened in Red Deer, Tracy & Todd hired our company to provide recurring services for their guests each weekend. They're always a pleasure to work with and made my staff feel like family; they always enjoyed their time there at F45! What a great team you have, T&T!

The coaches are so motivating and helpful and the atmosphere is positive and energizing! Highly recommend!

(August 14, 2021, 1:25 am)Tracy, Todd and their awesome team of coaches bring energy and enthusiasm to each F45 class. You receive the quality instruction and attention to detail of a personal trainer but delivered in a group environment. There is no need to feel intimidated as the coaches are right there to support you and encourage you every step of the way. The studio is beautiful, organized and impeccably clean. I highly recommend attending a class, it has become one of my most favourite parts of the day!!
