And it just happen to be perfect time for his birthday. Brook is so personable, fast and willing to help. She made it so easy for me. Even when she was off shift she arranged for me. So a shout out to Mac who changed my SIM card and a shout out to Jordan for porting a number. All great service under Brooks guidance.

Brook even put on my friends screen protector. You should be very proud to have have such an incredible employee working for you. She's top notch and highly recommended. Thank you Brook!

BROOK helped us out immediately, and had fully completed 2 phones within about 20 minutes. Typically takes about an hour, I've been getting my phones through Walmart for 10 years. Amazing service Brook, thank you!
