My deepest gratitude to RED DEER LAURA'S store, their manager Cindy and staff for their efforts in accommodating my daughter and I with our shopping experience. I am unable to wear a face mask, but through the efforts of Cindy and her team at LAURA'S in RED DEER, my daughter and I were able to enjoy our shopping experience within the parameters of AHS Requirements. Cindy reviewed my purchase history (trust me, there was a lot!) in advance and had a rack of perfectly curated clothing suited to my style when I arrived! (She nailed it!) We are living in a time whereby people with disabilities are uncomfortable entering stores because they do not know how they will be received. Heartfelt thanks to Laura's, Cindy and her team for finding a balance that made my daughter and I feel valued as customers and made me feel respected as an individual with a disability.
