My mom did make a drink order based off a recommendation from our server, and she didn't care for it, our server asked if she like something else, I asked if she meant to replace the drink she initially got, she said no, was just offering, so that was a bit frustrating. Other than that we had a really good experience.

(October 22, 2021, 1:15 pm)Came here for lunch with the fam jam. We have never been here before so this was our first time. It was a overall great experience. Our server was awesome and answered all our questions and helped us pick our food. Our lunch was fantastic. Served nice and hot.

(October 13, 2021, 12:43 am)I placed my order online and went and picked it up. I like the system of them bringing it out to you. Everything was very very tasty! Only disappointing thing was that I ordered and extra scallop skewer with my pasta meal and never received it which sucks because it was 5.99. Doesn’t mean I won’t be back as everything else was amazing!

(August 21, 2021, 5:02 am)Don't set your expectations too high. Yes, they serve pasta but it's not very authentic recipes so pretty bland as it has to appeal to a broad range of palettes. They are offering a decent meal for a good price and the service by Nickole in the Red Deer location was awesome.

(July 22, 2021, 4:44 am)UPDATE Went tonight for my son's 8th birthday. Our waitress (Tasia) was excellent, best waitress we've had for a long time in any restaurant. The food was also great. We had a party of 9 and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Food was ok, waitress was useless. Forgot my wife's starter, then took 15 minutes to bring bread for my daughters soup, no cutlery, wrong dessert for my son. The list was endless.
