My manager Francis is very polite and friendly. Overall, im very happy. Highly recommend this place. -

The apartment was located in a quiet area with the rent being reasonable for the two bedroom, one bath and in suite laundry unit. The building and parking lot were always kept very clean. Any issues were always taking care of ASAP. All because of Franics(building manager)! Francis was always very personable and ready to help in anyway needed!

(July 4, 2022, 3:44 am)Our experience here was fantastic! Property manager was phenomenal. She always responded In a timely manor and had anything on the go addressed and handled as soon as possible. Wished we could've moved the building and her with us.

Always willing to help, always on top of things. Makes living here a pure joy!!! I call her super woman, no job too big or too small, she does it all!!🤗

(May 17, 2022, 9:45 pm)The best apartment I've lived in . Amazing price for a two bedroom with laundry in suite . The living room is a good size and has a decent size dinning room area alot are newly renovated and as a bonus you get a discount with Telus . They keep up with parking lot during the winter for snow removal and sweeping in the spring and summer . And the best part of living here would be the building manager Francis she is a very nice and caring woman and if you have any issues gets back to you right away . I would highly recommend these buildings to anyone .
