I totally recommend Candice to anyone looking for a mortgage broker and someone who will work so hard to make things happen. We can’t thank you enough for everything you did to get us our new home.

I can’t express how grateful I am for how Candice helped me. She was so prompt, thoughtful and genuinely cared. I contacted Candice and within the same day we were able to meet and got the ball rolling. She responded very fast to emails even on the weekends. She is very thorough and knows her job! I also love that everything was done electronically and not a ton of paper! Thank you so much Candice!
If you are thinking of getting a mortgage, use Candice. She is literally the best at what she does. -

(December 16, 2021, 3:29 pm)This is our first time buying a house, and the spouse found Candice by googling mortgage brokers in Okotoks....he went with the one with the most stars/higher rating..AND IT SHOWS! We felt comfortable and heard when going through all the line items. We were quite happy at the flexibility of scheduling, as we seemed to get in right away and never made to feel like a bother.
With buying a house comes all the scary lingo and terms, but Candice was able to break it down easily.
I would certainly recommend her to my friends and family.
