I'm very thankful that Dylan was my point of contact with Automoves. Without him, my experience with this company could have easily been a one star experience. To get in touch with anybody else in the company is pretty much nonexistent. However, Dylan actually picks up his phone, responds back with text and you can even leave voicemail messages on his number. All my conversations with him were in a timely manner.

I originally got my quote emailed by Lynette from their main Ontario office and she said she prefers contact only via email so getting in touch via phone was nearly impossible. After I sent my payment, she stopped responding to my messages and I couldn't get in contact with her to get my receipt or to even get an update on the location of my vehicle. That was incredibly concerning.

I got my car shipped to their Mississauga terminal and I was originally quoted a timeline of 8-10 days for shipment, but due to a backlog, I was warned it could be 14 days and I got my car in 12 days after dropping it off at their Nisku terminal. The nice thing about this auto shipping company is that they do allow you to put 400lbs of personal effects in your car at no extra cost. Just make sure you don't obstruct the windows of the vehicle.

The company provides the option of door to door delivery or terminal to terminal or any combination of that with an extra 120 dollar charge for each door delivery option for pick up or drop off.

Note: they only accept 3 methods of payment - e-transfer, payment to their TD Bank account, or certified cheque/bank draft. No credit, debit or cash. They don't take payment when you drop off the car, but they require you to make a payment before you pick up your vehicle.

Even the folks at the Mississauga location were hard to reach to arrange a pick up time. Once you actually talk to someone, they have been very courteous and friendly, it's just so insanely difficult to reach anyone else besides Dylan. If he was running the whole business, it would definitely be a 5 star rating.

Great experiences working with Dylan and his team, they are very professional and don't hesitate to go the extra mile to get the job done right .
You can definitely count on this team to get your vehicle transported hassle free no matter the pickup or drop off location. 👍🏾
