(October 13, 2020, 7:50 pm)We have a repair shop in Calgary and recently ordered a part Apon receiving it realized I also needed something else which is unfortunately sold separate and this was a Friday on the long weekend and no agreement made so I went ahead and got the part on my own only to have Ron return my call today to let me know he got this part for me unfortunately I already got it but for my experience most times these calls get forgotten about in our trade but Ron went above and beyond so just wanted to say thank you and share our experience we will for sure be doing more business in the future and the part was delivered correctly and on time as promised.
