I made an attempt to go through the condo documents myself, but being a first-time home-buyer I was concerned that I would miss some major issues. After some light research CondoQuest rose to the top of my list as they seem very reputable and have a fast turn-around rate for document review-- and I must say that they live up to the hype!
I contacted Sharon and she responded to my inquiry almost immediately. She was very fast, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to explain certain things that I may have overlooked myself, as well as issues that may arise down the road. The service went over and above the scope of what I was expecting and I definitely feel that I got my money's worth.
