As homeowners, we had the most wonderful and memorable experience with this team of professionals who performed the installation of a Home Theatre unit, multiroom entertainment combo, and security system for our 3700 square foot house. This is the second time we have employed the services of Shore 2 Shore – the first was in 2015 for our old house. They did such an amazing job back then that we did not hesitate to use them again for our forever home. The team are well deserving of a “5 out of 5” rating. They are very accommodating and attentive to our needs and very methodically in the planning and execution of the job. They spent many hours with us in our new house - discussing the project with us, planning, prepping and then executing the installation. They were very skilled and did a wonderful job, and we are very satisfied with the results. I found them to be very trustworthy and men of integrity. They have our highest recommendation. Shore 2 Shore are a great local Edmonton company and by putting the needs of their clients first, create lasting relationships.

(February 10, 2022, 3:48 pm)Shore to Shore did a complete renovation of our automation in my home in Ardrossan. This included audio and security. Our area is noted for poor internet and Shore to Shore worked to resolve and make sure our home was connected. When we have failures, their service team responds promptly and if possible, remotely resolves or goes out of their way to visit our home and resolve. Thier service team is trusted and has on several occasions went far beyond what would be normal expectations including long hours after the workday is done and working with others to resolve what may not even be the equipment they installed failure. Since then, they have come back periodically to upgrade the system to keep up with the technology with minimal cost. It has been a very pleasant experience dealing with Shore 2 Shore over the years. Darryl Shore and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and quite up to date with the advancement made in this industry in the recent years. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of the work is top notch, the staff are very courteous and respectful, and the company is accessible for an emergency even after work hours. Shore 2 Shore is the best Home Automation company in Edmonton.
