He gave me many useful suggestions how to choose my merchandise that I was looking for. I found him to be resourceful, very knowledgeable of the stock in your store and professional. He was very helpful and gave me 2-3 options how to choose the right product. I am grateful for his customer service, I want to thank James' supervisors, managers for training him well and helping him to be one of your hardworking staff members. James is an asset to your store. Wishing the management and James the best in 2022.
