(July 6, 2021, 2:35 am)Just had them replace my old AC unit. They were respectful, thorough and completed the job properly. They rolled with some of the unforeseen challenges that came up and patiently explained each step of what they were doing and answered all the questions that I had. They really seemed to care about doing the job I wanted, and doing it correctly.
They also went above and beyond, fixing a couple other incidental problems they saw which weren’t even part of the install. Cleaned up everything before they left. Couldn’t be happier with the finished job! -

(February 12, 2021, 1:51 am)Received a return call, the serviceman graciously walked us thru the restart on our gas fireplace and we are back in action. Excellent service, especially during this vortex, no service charge, will call again to arrange servicing in off season!!

(August 12, 2020, 10:47 pm)I just wanted to express my thoughts on my experience with Weiss Johnson. Firstly, Weiss Johnson was referred to me by a friend who dealt with Dave, Cory and Carter. He told me of their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. Dave took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different furnaces and hot water tanks in a respectful manner. His knowledge of the industry was evident, and head and shoulders above the representatives from other 4 companies we had quotes from. Cory and Carter were very professional tradesmen. They were quiet, respectful and tidy. They answered all the questions I asked them with patience and confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave, Cory or Carter to my friends and family. Thank you very much.
