My experience as a 1st home buyer was really made easy when my wife and I meet Leah. She was amazing through out the process. Always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. The fact that we did not make use of a realtor was not felt as Leah tried her best to stand in gap, with lots of advises and explanations on the most minute information we had. I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Sean in walk through and on the possession day, such an gentleman and detailed. Thanks to the Cantiro team and also many thanks to Robbie & Chelsea

My experience with Cantiro Homes has been excellent! The ASM Leah and Chelsea both were very responsive, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. We did a complete virtual closing due to Covid and the team helped us in every possible way.. Home orientation was very nicely done by the gentleman whole heartedly explaining every aspect of the home. Even Sales Manager then and now VP Jennifer Dechaine is very kind and helpful.. We purchased this home online but trusted Cantiro quality and they delivered. Overall we are very pleased with the home design, construction quality, good customer service 😀 definitely recommended. Purchased a home with Dolce Vita in Rosenthal and it was a great and wonderful experience. Lissa and Pinder was our main contact for sales and they were amazing and professional in helping us choose our home and in choosing our options for colors and cabinets and such. Jamie was the main builder and he was very knowledgeable and friendly during our inspections during the build process. Howie explained everything when we took possession and was meticulous in ensuring we took over a top notch well built home.

Of course, brand new homes settle and there were minor issues. However, Jessica and Evan were extremely helpful and professional in making sure that the deficiencies were addressed. Evan went above and beyond in helping us with the issues as they arise such as doors not closing properly due to the cold conditions and the house settling. The first inspection after moving in went extremely well and they fixed almost all the problems and with another inspection coming up in the 11th month after moving in, we have that peace of mind that everything will be taken care of.

I like the online portal where you submit the issues you have with the house online with a brief description and pictures.

I did have an issue with the landscaping. I placed a landscaping deposit and was told that after I finished the final grading and received the certificate, that I will receive my deposit back. There was another inspection (architectural inspection) in which a third party will have to inspect it to make sure everything is good. ( final grading, sod, no topsoil exposed, the correct number of shrubs and caliper of your tree)

Although I was not happy with this, I did review the landscape deposit document and it did show in the fine print that the deposit will be refunded once it does pass the architectural inspection. Again, staff members at Dolce Vita did not disappoint and Seth helped me in ensuring that I do pass the architectural inspection way ahead of time so that I could prepare for it. Although I did not pass the inspection due to the contractor putting in the wrong number of shrubs, Seth was professional enough to take accountability for it and told me that he would process my deposit so I could have it back, which I really admired because it shows that they do put an emphasis in customer service.

Overall, it was an amazing experience. We are happy with our home. It was well built and the ongoing customer service is definitely the best I have seen. It is not one of those build it and forget it, they do care about their clients and we are very satisfied.

Rosenthal is a great area to live and raise a family. Its convenient, close to Costco and other amenities and the parks and walk paths are well maintained. The River Cree Casino can be loud when there is an event but overall we are extremely happy. I definitely highly recommend Dolce Vita and the way they operate and build their homes and the amazing customer service and post move in aftercare.
