(May 31, 2022, 3:48 pm)I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years but needed a place with no stairs. I heard that Rivergate was quiet and pet friendly. I fell in love when I came to see it. The manager, Cody, was extremely helpful helping me find the ideal unit in the building and is very efficient. I love the quiet, yes you might hear dogs barking in units, but it is pet friendly! I love the space to walk my dog. Really no complaints at all. Coyotes singing me to sleep is the best!

(February 8, 2021, 9:22 pm)Huge appreciation for our property manager Ivan Williams. I lived at Rivergate condos for just over a year and if it wasn't for me purchasing my first home I would still be there. He was always there if we had any questions/concerns and dealt with them in a timely fashion. He's a very good property manager and always makes you feel welcomed. Way to go Ivan !!
