Sebastien was such a pleasure to work with. They were able to offer us quick solutions for the concerns we had.

They were incredibly professional and well spoken. I hope to never have to use the customer service line, but if I do, I hope to get Sebastien again. They really made this experience easy and stress free.

I chatted with Jeremiah the live chat agent to resolve a price adjustment. To say that he provided professional and excellent service would be an understatement. He needs to be a manager; or a regional director for customer satisfaction if possible. Amazing Amazing Amazing! Had the pleasure of speaking with Kerri P., when I had an issue with my purchase. She was so nice, quick and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the interaction. It seems rare these days to speak with a genuine and caring person but Kerri was a breath of fresh air. Will repeat business with the Brick again.

Spoke with Daniel in customer service chat. Seemed to care and didn’t try to blame or question me for what happened during a bad delivery experience. Obviously well trained on customer service. Good quick honest response.
Wish the whole team was as well trained as he is and I wouldn’t have been having so many problems. Hopefully his efforts will make my coming delivery more successful.
