This is my updated review after living here for nine months. I gave them 4 stars this time (I gave 2 stars before) because my move in experience was not very good. But, in my opinion, they improved everything a lot. They are very serious and fast about any maintenance issue. The maintenance guy Jose is very friendly and helpful. I will update my review once more after I move out after September 2022. I hope I can finally give them 5 stars.

As soon as we walked into the building of avalon courts , we felt a good positive vibe and a welcoming environment. The units are very clean and bright. We are really enjoying our time here. I would like to say thank you to Pam. She is very helpful, kind and understanding person to work with. I am so happy we found this building. Thank you so much Pam for everything. :)

Since the minute I contacted Avenue Living to view a condo to the minute I moved in, I was treated with so much professionalism. Pam and Christine, the property managers I dealt with are Amazing. I really appreciate that they care about their work and do everything in their power to deal with issues that come up, like when I moved in and the electrical grid in the area went down and I couldn't access the elevators to my condo 😩, they both helped me deal with that stress. They definitely went over and above. It's just obvious when someone genuinely cares. I'm grateful I found this place. I'm so happy.

My experience with Avenue Living (Edmonton) has been great. Pamela is the main reason for that. From the start she was professional, honest and kind. She made the process of rental an easy one. She went extremely above and beyond to ensure all my paperwork had been received and approved so I can move in earlier. Best landlord I've ever had. The cleaning and maintenance team is great as well. Very on top of things. Building is kept clean and the apartments are nice and spacious with beautiful finishes. Thank you Pamela and the Avenue living team for the great customer service.
