selection is a 5 but because of the customer service I'll give it a 3...it's always been hit or miss for me when I visit the store so i always assumed the staff is just having a rough day *it happens* but seeing the other reviews I see it's a real customer service issue for the locations. I won't go into details, it's been done, but for real if you have other options for beauty store...go elsewhere.

Great prices & knowledgable workers! Cassandra helped me out and helped me look for the colour pack I was looking for, while also advising me on a better hair colour choice! The hair pack prices are phenomenal and there is lots of stock! I’ve had a very different experience than some people here are saying and I will be returning with a smile until otherwise happens!
