(October 1, 2019, 2:34 pm)I visited a number of eyewear locations in the city looking for someone to repair my very expensive eyeglasses after I stepped on them and broke the arm. Nobody could help me because the replacement arm was no longer available from the manufacturer. I visted Laserfix and they fixed them like new for 60 dollars. I would definitely recommend this to others. The lady there was very nice and did an excellent repair.

(January 8, 2018, 4:51 am)Although I wasn't able to personally be there to experience what their customer service was like (my dad was the one who went in), judging by their work on my glasses, they did pretty damn well. They were able to reattach the lens (the lens still had a metal frame around it) back to the main frame with welding (my frame is made of titanium), and this weld is pretty solid. My glasses came back to me with the lens cleaned, and I don't know if it was them, but for some reason my glasses felt more tighter than before which was actually great because it was loose prior to this.
