(February 17, 2021, 11:21 pm)Well, to start off my hot water tank decided to let go on family day and piss water everywhere in the mechanical room. I tried calling a few other places for an emergency, and I stumbled on copper castle and Kathy answered on my last try on getting someone out. Unfortunately they couldn't have anyone out due to emergency calls because of the colder weather, but they told me someone could be there first thing in the morning with a brand new tank and within my budget.
Kam and Al showed up first thing in the morning like discussed on the phone with a brand new tank. They demoed the old tank and took it with them thank God because I don't have a pickup truck. They laid down rolls of that painters carpet for any dirty water leaks dripping from the tank and getting on my carpet. New tank was installed, and a couple new sections of piping all within maybe a couple hours. They informed me that the water would take about an hour to heat up, and not to worry when opening any of the sinks/showers up and water not coming out because air bubbles would need to leave the system first.
One day after install, hot water on demand, and I took a look downstairs and no residual water leaks.
Keep it up copper castle! I will be recommending, and re-using them.
