My partner and I have been taking our vehicles to B&R Auto Service for the better part of 4 years and I sincerely wish I had found out about them sooner. Rob always goes above and beyond when communicating the kind of work that's needed - explaining *why* it needs it be done, and how it will benefit me versus just telling me what I need to do with no further information. Oftentimes I have felt looked over or spoken "down" to when speaking with other mechanics based on being a woman who doesn't know much about cars, Rob has never made me feel this way and to be honest that alone makes me recommend visiting this shop. When we had to have a consistent amount of repairs done on our old '79 van, we appreciated his dad's knowledge on older vehicles and carburetors as we were having difficulty getting accurate diagnostics/solutions when dealing with other less knowledgable tradesmen. I have, and will continue, to recommend B&R Auto Services as they are an honest company that clearly take pride in their customers service and approach.
