(December 13, 2021, 2:05 am)Masami has been my Computer Tech for well over a year-and-a-half now and she is incredibly knowledgeable, besides being very courteous and caring. She knows things that other techs don't (and I have experienced several over my life) because she likes to go deep into each problem that presents itself until she finds the solution. It's her MO with everyone.
She is great at both teaching and fixing computers and cells. She comes very prepared with every possible tool to fix problems on the spot.
It has been a pure pleasure to work with her. She is very patient and kind with me, never making me feel stupid for being slow to learn. Now with her help, I have become so much more confident on computer for the first time in my life.
I say this having had (mostly) WEEKLY lessons over the whole time. She is also very reasonably priced, which makes it easier for me to use her services more often.
I text her and she always answers quickly. She has gotten me out of so many jams. I couldn't be more thrilled to recommend this gem of a Tech 101%! -
