(September 14, 2021, 5:44 pm)We chose Pristine Ponds to install a pond and waterfall Oasis in our backyard. After scouring through many finished pond photos online, we liked Pristine's work the most and gave them a call. Within a couple days, Chris met us in our backyard and we talked about what we were envisioning and what our budget was. We didnt have a clue what we were doing, but Chris ensured us he knew exactly what we were after and took over the project. David led the install and he hit it out of the park. He was amazing to work with during the installation and even after it was done stopping in a couple times to offer advice and then to add the lights because they were originally sold out on lights during the install. Our finished product is more amazing then either of us ever imagined and we have new found pride when stepping outside into our backyard oasis.
The ONE negative thing I will say, was that communication wasn't top notch leading up to the project starting and left us wondering if we had been forgotten after we paid our deposit. We weren't forgotten and they actually had it installed before the date they had originally said they would start by, but we're the type of people that like to be kept in the loop.
Long story short, lol, I would highly recommend this company for any pond or waterfall features and even landscaping as they tied in a large section of our backyard to match the pond.

(November 12, 2020, 9:07 pm)It was great working with Chris. A thoughtful, hard-working guy that really takes pride in every project. We worked alongside him on a deck, and he took the time to help prep the base, can't say thanks enough. Pristine Ponds is the best in Edmonton for water features.

(July 18, 2020, 4:50 pm)I was building a water feature with 5 basalt columns and Chris gave me some awesome tips on how it was to be put together and the materials required for the job. I went back to their shop on a couple of occasions to pick up materials and also ask some more questions. Natasha was a great help with gathering my supplies in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Pristine Ponds for any water feature that you need.

(June 24, 2020, 3:08 pm)Very, very happy with Pristine Ponds! When we moved into a new house with a pre-existing water feature, we had no idea how to maintain it. Chris and his team have been wonderful with letting us know how to care for it, providing fall shut downs and spring start ups, and with any maintenance it has required. I highly recommend them.
