(March 18, 2021, 7:46 pm)I have been training with Gerby for a little over a year. During COVID he stayed in contact, and once the weather became nice, encouraged outdoor workouts to keep motivated. He is reliable, and will practice what he preaches. He will not make you do a certain movement until he has tried it out for himself. He will always challenge you and make you put in your best effort. He will hold you accountable and do whatever he can so that you meet your personal fitness goals. I would recommend him any day of the week.
