(July 6, 2021, 4:12 pm)Our first experience transporting my father in his wheelchair was amazing! This company cares about its clients and put their clients' needs above all else. My father was able to leave the hospital promptly after he was discharged. (In the past he had to wait an unpredictable 4 to 36 hours, as he has in the past to be picked up by inter-hospital transport in an ambulance.) My dad was glowing being able to travel through town for the first time in his chair, with dignity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to my dad being able to do more activities with his family as well as get to appointments away from his long term care facility. The folks at Royal Wagon are true angels, who lend their wings to their clients to give them freedom.
