I always make an appointment to prevent waiting in front room. This year I pre-dropped off my info, to come to my appointment with Betty Proctor to have a complete return ready and I just signed. I will continue to go here because they give me piece of mind

(March 17, 2020, 7:34 am)Walk-in service is very slow. I strongly suggest just booking an appointment. Not enough of their very UNCOMFORTABLE chairs to accommodate costumers and each walk in takes about 45- 1 hr to get seen. There were 4 people ahead of me and my wait time was over 3 hours. I finally just asked to book for the next day and only waited 20-30 min
