(July 15, 2020, 10:49 pm)Lived here for two and would definitely recommend for anyone on a budget. Lori, the landlord is beyond sweet, very understanding and super helpful. You can request maintenance online which is super convenient and they always came within 1 to 2 days. The building is older so expect some maintenance concerns and it is a family building with many (sometimes loud) kids. Overall though, it is in a great location and managed really well with reasonable rent.
