The owner, Farahnaz, was a great help in customizing the box to accommodate allergies and making sure each box was the perfect gift! Love the variety of products and that I can support a local Edmonton business

I made a mistake in my first order, cancelled, and went back and ordered again and they were SO understanding and made sure I only received one order and would only be charged for one! If I have any issues I will come back and edit my review, but as of this moment, I've never had such fast, friendly and awesome customer service!

However, I recently had a non-pregnant friend going through a hard time and due to distance, could not be there for her in person. I was short on time and wanted to find a way to send her some love, so I messaged PreggoBox to inquire about their non-pregnancy specific products. They were so quick to respond and had many thoughtful suggestions. Based on my friend's preferences, they put together a wonderful custom self-care box to ship out within days! She absolutely loved everything in it and I'm so thankful that I picked PreggoBox for the job!
