(February 9, 2022, 4:37 pm)I have been seeing Vanessa for a couple of years now...at the time I started I was a totally broken person, high anxiety and stressors beyond belief. I love my sessions with Vanessa, I always felt heard and validated. I always feel like my feelings and thoughts are taken into consideration during therapy and have done the work with my therapist, and I am a much better, calmer and stronger individual. Vanessa has been my lifeline, and I appreciate her being in my corner. Office is calm and inviting not intimidating. I would strongly suggest talking to the staff here.

(February 4, 2022, 9:09 pm)I had a couple wonderful visits. My experience was in the heat of Covid - so my appointments were over Zoom. There are pros and cons for this. The Pro - super handy, don't need to drive anywhere and try to find parking, brave the cold, etc. The con - sometimes it is hard to share the full story when you are in your home and all your family members are in the home also. Otherwise, very great!

(February 4, 2022, 6:03 am)My daughter has been seeing Mikayla at Solace for only the last few months, however; I have already noticed a huge change in her behaviour. She loves getting to do all different kinda arts and crafts, as well as seeing the new toys that come in. I wasn’t too sure how about what the experience was going to be like but as soon as you walk into the office, it’s calm, inviting and gives off a beach kinda theme to it. Plus all the staff we’ve dealt with are kind - you’d think all
would be but they aren’t. Thank you to your team for being such a big support for my daughter and I in a short few months and can’t wait to see how the progress grows in another few months!
Also - they offer coffee (good creamer to), tea and water while you wait or or go for your session. It’s great!
