I was very nervous because I had a very poor experience creating my engagment ring a few years prior at a different jeweller, but Haeng was patient with me and allowed me to be a part of the design process to ensure I would be 110% satisfied with the end result.
The service and communication from the staff involved was above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough! -

(February 18, 2022, 4:12 pm)Secretly buying an engagement ring was super easy with Lim. Exteremely discrete. Very helpful with questions. Very open with diamond inventory. As soon as anything was ready, I had pictures/videos in my inbox/phone within minutes.
Staff is lovely, friendly, and helpful
10/10 would buy another engagement ring. Gf probably won't let me tho -

I love their AutoCad rendering and plastic 3D printing process, as it provides confidence and opportunity for adjustments. Jamie's customer service is excellent - fast, professional, and kind. As I live out of town, the staff have been very accommodating with timing and shipping requests. I fully trust their expertise and experience in making the most beautiful jewelry and highly recommend to all my friends and family.
