Small little historical village but I had fun, saw cool old items, and old vehicles to Haha. Oh and go for the ice cream it's great.

Amazing place! The exhibits are wonderful, a lot were donated by local or people that used to live here. If that is the case, they have labels stating exactly who and when. The showcases are well looked after and spaced, there is lots to read and look at and things for the kids to do while adults are taking in the history. Entrance price is low and well worth it. Plenty of parking at the nearby park and on the road. Great location, highly visible to passers by. All round great way to spend a couple of hours indulging in history.

It's a nice place to stroll around and then get an ice cream cone for just $1.50. They have weekly teas that are also very nice for just $5, a nice outing to take your elderly parents to.

Love making a stop at least once each summer with the girls. We love the ice cream and touring around the museum! A great summer tradition
