Totem was easy and quick to deal with. The service tech was here in the given time frame. Benson did a fabulous job with my oven.

I highly recommend using Totem Appliance & Refrigeration for repairs of your household appliances. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs and provided exceptional customer service. Brandon Masur was our service technician who was punctual, knowledgeable, tidy, and respectful. He was very accommodating to our scheduling and went out of his way to help us out on a Saturday. He not only fixed our refrigerator, but also took care of our front loader washer on last minute notice. I will continue to use Totem for future issues and particularly will be requesting for Brandon. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Our experience with Totem was exceptional from start to finish. After our initial call to Totem an appointment was scheduled for us the very next day in the morning, and the technician arrived right at the beginning of the allocated arrival window. Brandon the technician was very professional as well as personable and knowledgeable. All questions were answered using non-technical vernacular which aided greatly in our understanding of the problem as a non-tech! Brandon was polite and very respectful of being in another persons home and had the required part with him in his truck to complete the repair immediately after the diagnostic. All in all a very pleasant service call; something I rarely hear myself say! Thank you for almost no downtime in my laundry schedule!

We called for a technician to fix our dryer. Brandon arrived on time and explained why the dryer wasn't working, showing me the parts to confirm. Fortunately, he had the part in his truck so we didn't have to wait to order. He also vacuumed out the dryer while he had it apart and confirmed it was working properly before leaving. A thorough job. We are very happy.
