  Best customer service someone could wish for. If you have the option to get your running gear at any Running Room in Calgary, it is definitely worth to drive to Cross Iron Mills. Char was incredibly helpful.

  I struggle to find shoes that are right for me. Going store to store is frustrating. But one visit to the running room and I was set.. Won't go anywhere else again. Thanks for helping me find the right shoe without the frustration.

  Excellent, above-and-beyond service from Char at the Running Room in Cross Iron Mills today! She was friendly, attentive, and kind enough to bring me multiple, relevant shoes to try based on what I was looking for. Her wealth of personal experience was invaluable as we narrowed down the search until arriving at a model that wasn't in stock locally or seemingly anywhere. Instead of ending the search there, she offered to contact other stores with the shoe potentially in stock in hopes of being able to order a size that would work for me. After already having gone above and beyond, she also offered to order in another size that may work based on her experience with the model and my experience trying on other pairs of the same brand in the store. As if I hadn't already received five star service, she provided some very helpful tips on my running form and on local races that matched my running preferences and goals. All in all an absolutely fantastic experience today! I'm very grateful to have been helped by someone so knowledgeable and with a desire to assist me in more than just finding a pair of shoes.
