  I went in today, with a ring I had purchased almost two years ago. While in Florida last month one of the diamond had fallen out and I wasn’t happy. We went in and spoke with Matt the Manager. He gave me the choice of fixing or swapping out my ring. I left there with a ring I am really happy with as well as a further purchase of a watch for my husband.
  
  Great customer service brings in clients... amazing customer service brings in repeat business. I will definitely be using this particular store for all my jewellery needs. Thank you.

  Great service. The Manager Matt and his staff, specifically Kate, was very helpful and not pushy. Come here if you want help from staff who cares what you are looking for instead of trying to sell you something.
  
  I went there 2 week's ago just looking for ring ideas. Even though I was just looking Kate gave me time to look around at my pace. When I needed help she was there to answer my questions, as well, she gave me her honest input. I came back later and Matt was able to help me finalize my purchase. Great team effort.

  Walked into the store just looking around at engagement rings had bad luck at other stores and ended up talking with John. He ended up being the manager of the store, which was very helpful in the fact that he was very knowledgeable with all the rings in the store. I had ended up looking at several rings but they just weren’t the ones I was looking for. Then I had found the ring, John had worked with me for over 2 hours working out pricing options until we came up with pricing plan that worked. I couldn’t recommend this Michaels anymore, the store and the staff are amazing. Thank you John for helping me find the perfect ring for the perfect girl.
  
  I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring or any other jewelry, the staff are very patient and work with JUST YOU through the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out
