(March 27, 2019, 3:28 am)I just recently purchased a used 2016 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel from Cochrane Dodge.
I started talking with Jeff, the online sales manager, he passed me on to Alex, so when I went in to view the trucks for sale, Alex assisted me, and he was very professional, helpful, and a great sales representative. After talking with me, he knew what I was looking for in the truck, and even though it could have saved me some money, he did not try and push me into something that was not or did not have what I was looking for.
Joanne in finance was great, she explained everything clearly, and worked above and beyond to secure a great deal to make it work for both sides.
I had the best experience anyone could hope for from a dealership, I highly recommend them, and, when time comes to replace my new vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them -

(March 15, 2019, 2:05 am)I dropped in the Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership in Cochrane this afternoon, without an appointment, in order to have my burnt out tail-light repaired. Not only did Lindsay repair my tail light, it was done efficiently and in a timely manner (very speedy!). It should also be mentioned they have an AWESOME children's play area, my two kids happily played the entire time and didn't want to leave! I will definitely be returning again for any future repairs and service.

(February 7, 2019, 1:26 am)I just bought a new 2018 Ram truck and had a great experience doing so with Monte Sumner and Tony Moser at the dealership. These guys work hard to provide a great experience. Most notable..Monte arranged for me to test drive on short notice & was no nonsense to deal with, then Tony got me a fantastic interest rate & even met with me on his day off to sign paperwork. I highly recommend Cochrane Dodge!
