  Food was great, quick and delicious. Service is another story. I sat and ate my entire meal with an empty cup, and the bartender kept disappearing when she was the only one working the lounge. She didnt run my food, somebody else did. When she finally broight me a refill she left the empty cup on the table in front of me. And i sat there for about 10 mins after asking for the bill. Poor service!!

  I had stopped ordering delivery from this location last year as I was unhappy with the quality if the food and service. On occasions I had to wait well over the estimated delivery time and even had a cold pizza delivered to me.
  Out of desperation I decided to give them another chance a few weeks ago and was amazed how they gave turned themselves around! The last three times I have ordered delivery from here it has been consistently good food and the best part is how quick the delivery service is.
  I am a sucker for good customer service. Keep it up BPs Chestermere!!!

  Been here plenty of times. It's been in Chesty for a long time now, and service has always been awesome for me. The food can be great or just alright, but I feel like it just depends on what you get. The bar side is dope, and just a nice place to hang out with a couple buddies and have some drinks. BPs is particularly good on their daily drink specials, they got some good ones.
