I had the most amazing experience at the Tom Harris in East Hills! The rep helped me get into a new phone, and got me TV and internet for my new place all in one sitting! It was something I was dreading due to my previous experiences, but Josie made me feel comfortable and well taken care of! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know, and I will only be dealing with this location from now on. Josie is very patient, knowledgeable, and definitely knows what she is doing and will take her time to get you the best possible deal! Best customer service I have ever recieved, hands down!

I had Rylee as my representative, and I can tell you, I have never had anyone want to be so helpful before. I have had some issues with my billing, and she quickly asked if she would be able to call the customer service center on my behalf. She did this 3 times to try and rectify the situation, taking the burden off myself. No one has ever done this for me. I hope you never lose Rylee, she is a great employee, and will always have my business for as long as she works for Telus!

I had a few different things I needed assistance with and Josie made it seamless. She listened to me ramble about all the things I was confused about, and sat patiently with me to get everything sorted.
